Businesses are increasingly adopting remote work models. With remote hiring platforms, they have access to a whole new talent pool.
However, finding and hiring reliable talent remotely can be challenging. Employers often face a few concerns - How to trust someone from another country? Is it legal to hire from that country? Is the person working for several employers?
Mangtas addresses these challenges but not through direct recruitment. They have built a B2B platform for remote staffing needs through consultancies and tech vendors. They select only the top 5% of talent from each vendor and match them to the client’s job descriptions. The profile matching is based on 500+ data points which help hire talents within a week through an aggregated vendor pool.
The product has 3 main components:
(1) Vetting engine:
For vendors and candidates. Includes onboarding, scraping, crowdsourcing, assessment (incl. coding) and interview.
(2) Matching engine:
Interpreting job descriptions and real-time AI-powered matching - straight to you or your preferred Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
(3) Admin platform:
Streamlined talent selection, contracting, timesheets, invoicing, global payments, reviews and disputes.
