MindFi destigmatizes and normalizes workplace wellbeing conversations by driving active community interactions between employees, a network of psychologists and coaches, and internal Wellbeing Champions in the organization.
MindFi’s integrated EAP and L&D programs include masterclasses, group coaching and counseling sessions and ongoing community interactions to empower employees to espouse and promote a culture of wellbeing across the organization.
Employees can book private 1-on-1 coaching and counseling sessions on the MindFi platform across 16 domains in mental health, wellbeing and performance. They improve and recover faster together with group-based coaching and counseling, team-based wellbeing challenges and science-based analytics.
The MindFi mobile application, available in 15 different languages, allows employees to gain access to all the aforementioned services, local Care Providers, public and private wellness communities, as well as a growing library of self-care resources spanning across educational video classes and short audio-guided exercises.
MindFi users can take control over their own wellbeing with in-app wellbeing self-assessments (psychometrics), which include the WHO-5 Wellbeing Index (by the World Health Organization) for personal wellbeing and the WOS-5 Productivity Index (Workplace Outcomes Suite endorsed by the International Employee Assistance Professionals Association) for professional wellbeing.
These psychometrics enable MindFi to deliver personalized journeys and experiences; the app and Care Providers will provide targeted levels of care and varied content to enhance an employee’s wellbeing.
For employers, MindFi delivers monthly or quarterly anonymized wellbeing analytics, along with HR insights and recommendations. MindFi is PDPA/GDPR compliant and also ISO 27001:2013 certified for the highest standards of data privacy, security and protection.
