They use a chat-based interface to enable collaboration between employees and managers and track and update goals in real-time. Employee information is often scattered in many places (e.g., email, Teams/Slack, notebooks, calendars, WhatsApp, etc.) and at the same time, HR processes are pretty outdated. This makes the process complex and the employees feel overwhelmed. This further results in thousands of hours wasted every year while employees search for information to update their goals. This affects their year-end appraisal and rewards.
Having an inefficient process costs about $250K per 1,000 employees for a US company. WeSour offers a single-screen interface and superior data archival to save at least 50% of this time (and hence cost), delivering a great ROI.
At the backend, they have a fully integrated performance management system, where employees benefit from continuous feedback through an agile process that includes check-ins and optional periodic evaluations.
WeSoar solves the problems of cascade, collaboration and communication in an intuitive, personalized and elegant manner. A standout feature is the configurability, which reflects deep domain expertise. This enables clients to customize the program as per their requirements with a no-code environment. The customization feature enables WeSoar to scale with a single product version rather than having to customize the product for each client. The solution is especially useful for diversified organizations that can run multiple programs concurrently. These programs are best suited for the participant population rather than constraining the client to one workflow.
Backing up this new-age performance management system is WeSoar’s employee engagement model, possibly the first post-COVID model globally. This engagement model covers the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit through a battery of nine surveys.
