PMaps is a pre hiring and post hiring assessment provider primarily focusing on hiring front line job seekers in customer services, sales and operations. The assessment battery assesses a candidates on her/his behavior/attitude/personality/orientation along with the aptitude, skill and language so that the organization can get an overall candidate profile before hiring. The assessments can also be done in a proctored environment to enable companies to continue hiring candidates from their home so as to hire fit candidates in less time.
